Meet Sarabeth and Dixie. Sarabeth is one of our latest Service Dog grant recipients! Her service dog Dixie was trained and provided by DJ's K9 Country in Minnesota. We appreciate your support of this project more than words could express.
We will have more exciting news and photos to share in our next update. We have five service dog teams graduating in August with the same trainer. To date, we have provided 133 grants for fully-trained seizure response service dogs and have several in line to receive grants.
With COVID-19, our fundraising efforts have been greatly affected, however, we are small with very low overhead. This has made a huge difference in our ability to continue providing assistance to our community during these trying times. As a result, when you donate to The Chelsea Hutchison Foundation, you can be assured that your donations are directly affecting those most in need. We thank you for your support!
