SeatPacks; Bamboo Solar - School Bags for 800 kids

We are thrilled to share a powerful milestone with you: 1,000 SeatPacks have been distributed to school children across 30 schools in Uganda’s Bidi Bidi settlement camp. This achievement was made possible by you—our generous donors—and we could not be more grateful.

These SeatPacks were truly special to the Children! During the day, the bamboo chairs and boards where welcomed by classrooms in much neede of them. Immedietely utilising the SeaPacks for the ongoing classes, the children sat and wrote wiuth ease. When the school day ended, the impact continued at home. Each SeatPack included a solar panel and lamp kit, giving the children safe, reliable light to read, do homework, and manage evening chores like preparing dinner—even where electricity is unavailable.We wehere fortunate to follow Susan, a student the lives with her sister and took to no wait putting the splar lamp to use. 

For children and most families in Bidi Bidi, this means more than better learning conditions, longer study hours, and brighter, safer nights. It means opportunity today to curve a different story in the future.
