Dear Supporters,
We would like to update you on the current situation of the schools in Haiti and the urgent support needed. The situation remains extremely tense, and the challenges we face are not easy to overcome. However, with your help, it can be ensured that education and support are possible, even under these difficult conditions.
The two schools are currently open, but the situation in Haiti remains very uncertain. Violence has reached unprecedented levels, far exceeding the usual extent. For security reasons, some exams have been postponed to prevent students from being put in danger.
The school commission is closely monitoring the situation and has already taken measures to make up for any missed classes. Additional school days, possibly on Saturdays, may be scheduled if needed. Unfortunately, the situation remains unpredictable, and it is expected that the situation will continue to fluctuate.
What is urgently needed right now:
The situation remains unstable, which is why we thank you especially for your continued support and commitment.
Warm regards,
The entire team at PEN PAPER PEACE
