A Hungry Child Cannot Learn Well
The new school term began on Monday, 14 September 2026, and children are back in classrooms at Masimbi High School, Hope Future Junior School, and St. Bernard Mwenge Primary School.
They have returned with dreams of learning and building better futures. But for some children, the school day begins with an empty stomach.
Imagine trying to concentrate on a lesson, write notes, solve mathematics problems, or participate in class while feeling hungry. For vulnerable children, this can be a daily reality.
That is why we are appealing to our GlobalGiving supporters to help us provide nutritious meals for children during the school term.
