Together We're Stronger

By Karen Sparacio | Project Leader

Samuel
Samuel

We have been privileged to watch children graduate from high school, in many cases, the first in their family to do so. We have witnessed children who were once child soldiers grow into polite, educated young men. Just as our children now have the audacity to dream, so do we.

We dream of "our children" becoming leaders, teachers and assets to their communities. We envision a community, once broken and nearly destroyed by the ravages of war, rise up to their full potential. We believe poverty isn't a life sentence to be passed on to future generations. We believe we can change this dire course.  And we are doing so.

You can help.  A $25 donation provides a monthly scholarship for a child.  Consider giving the gift, the opportunity, of education to a child who would not otherwise have it.
