Welcome to our project update. In this edition, we're looking at the work of our South African Alumni, Ambassadors and Mentee Liaisons.
We recently started our new Ambassador Programme which allows young people, who have been a part of the SAYes Programme, to become advocates and representatives of SAYes, as part of the community.
Our South African Ambassadors have been delivering workshops in all of our partner Child and Youth Care Centres (CYCC). The focus each week is one of the many domains from our mentoring programme such as: Work and Money; Identity Health; or Physical Health. The response from the young people has been fantastic, and everyone looks forward to the weekly workshops.
Meanwhile, the Alumni is extremely active and is growing in numbers. The group meet regulary to share ideas, work on initiatives and to importantly, support one another. There's always good fun and chat to be had at their regular meet-ups.
The glue holding all this great work together is our Mentee Liaisons. They co-ordinate, communicate with, and support all of the young people who are part of SAYes.

As always, this is only possible with your continued support. We couldn't do it without you.
