Foundation Adventure4ever – Who We Are
The volunteer team at Foundation Adventure4ever has been very busy. Why volunteers? Because they care deeply about what our foundation is attempting to do: help create global awareness about the countless initiatives people can be a part of to save what has been given to us so freely—NATURE!
We are a small group of creative minds: individuals, mostly freelance artists, writers, scientists, and really talented young people who know how to capture LIFE on camera. Our volunteer gang is committed to using their education, travel, work experience, and creative minds and hearts to use those talents in the right place. They have chosen Foundation Adventure4ever consciously and carefully to give all they can to make a difference!
Why Nature & The Environment
It is not just the beauty of nature we have been given—it is our LIFELINE. Without nature, the human species would not exist, nor any other living species that depends on the oxygen we breathe. But that's not all it gives. Nature provides shelter, nourishment, and a natural habitat that is essential for so many of the species hidden in its forests, wetlands, mountains, and oceans. We are all part of one very large ecosystem that only one species has managed to disrupt: humans. Through overconsumption and overdevelopment, the human species has continually broken down our natural ecosystem to the point where it is at risk of collapse.
Nonetheless, it is possible—through awareness, a big spoonful of commitment, open minds, creative thinking, and above all HOPE—to repair our ecosystem, saving the one place we all call home, Planet Earth. But we must do that together. We cannot let wars, politicians, and mega-billionaires reduce humankind to compliance and helplessness. We must stand up for LIFE as one species that MUST make a difference.
How We Do This at Foundation Adventure4ever
Our strength is in 'Storytelling'—but we are not telling the stories; the people are. Real-life stories coming from the people who are making a difference, hanging onto hope and positivity for their lives, literally! There are hundreds of thousands of volunteers today working to help make this a better place for all.
Our work is about these people and places: our work is 'About the People', 'For the People', & 'By the People'. We are only the ones who have collective experience in creating a platform—a stage—where these 'storytellers' can be heard loud and clear. We may have limited financial resources to do this, but we have the people, the talent, and the willpower to make this happen.
Where We Are Today – What's Been Happening
Foundation Adventure4ever's mission is to find these people, these community collectives, and even leaders in urban centers and urban pocket communities that are actively making a difference—we are searching out the 'action-takers'.
Since we last updated all the amazing people who have supported Foundation Adventure4ever—including our volunteer crew(s), our board, friends, family, GlobalGiving representatives, and those who have already read or heard about our mission—we have been actively working together with the support of our primary 'host' partner in tourism:
To research, country by country across Europe & Türkiye, those we have selected to be a part of our current and largest project, 'Full Circle', to learn more about their resources and approach to regenerative sustainability through tourism; and as a result,
We have welcomed new regional participants in the 'Full Circle' project such as Greek Macedonia, the UNESCO World Heritage site of Cappadocia, and the Western Anatolia Aegean Region of Türkiye, as well as many regions across the Netherlands, to join with Slovenia, Slovakia, and other countries as participants in this project;
We have already conducted advance trips to most of these regions or will be doing so throughout the fall of this year in preparation for the making of our first trailer about the 'Full Circle' project; and
We are busy structuring a completely new social media campaign and the rollout of a new fundraising plan with our three new volunteer financial wizards.
Our Goal – End of 2026
We had hoped to be ready to begin actively structuring Phase 1 of filming 'Full Circle' for spring 2027; however, due to limited financial resources, we will first put all our energy into raising enough financial support to complete our first 1.5-minute professionally edited cinematic trailer with the work we have completed thus far. With this powerful tool, we will be able to attract a broader public for continued support and also continue to build our global audience.
We hope to have at least 5 more countries participating by the end of 2026, preparing advance scouting trips for the off-season period of March – June 2027. With this goal reached, and of course more donor support, we plan to begin filming in the fall of 2027 or at least begin previewing our first 'teaser' in independent cinemas across Europe—increasing global awareness of the 'Full Circle' project. But that's not all. By the end of 2026, we plan to have our Workshop Programs—Online & On-Site—ready to launch in January 2027.
To Our Supporters & GlobalGiving
Thank You! Sometimes it seems that these two words are not quite enough, as they are used so often in everyday life for even the smallest of gestures. This 'Thank You' comes from all of us at Foundation Adventure4ever, and it is by no means for any small gesture. It is a HUGE ONE as we need all the support possible. We wholeheartedly believe in what we are doing and will not stop until we succeed—even if we have to scale down our big dream—we will succeed. We ask only one thing here and now: please pass on our message to your own networks and as many people as you know or run into. Word-of-mouth, in my opinion, still remains the most powerful form of communication we have today and always.
In closing, I will use the words that Plato quoted from his mentor Socrates:
"Once a word is written down, it tumbles about everywhere... It doesn't know how to address the right people, and not the wrong ones. And when it is ill-treated and unfairly abused, it always needs its parent to come to its help, for it has no power to protect or defend itself."
This is precisely why Foundation Adventure4ever has created a project: 'For the People', 'About the People' and 'By the People'.
