Greetings!
We would like to thank you for all your support. We value the support that you have given us through your generous donations for Saving Mothers and Babies with Innovative Tools in India.
HLFPPT is working hard continuously to improve the quality of care by enhancing healthcare provider skills through simulation-based trainings and to strengthen facilities with life-saving tools in India. So that healthcare providers and facilities are better trained and equipped to deliver quality care that could result in better survival outcomes for both mothers and newborns.
We would like to share the story of one such innovative tool which is aiding skills of healthcare service provider at MGHN Shree Krishna Hospital, NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh in this report. MGHN (Merrygold network) is a unique social franchising program for providing high quality maternal and child health services at affordable prices.
Medical and Paramedical staff of the hospital has been capacitated to deliver quality care by using the innovative tools- MamaNatalie and Neonatalie which have been used for demonstrating very compelling simulations of normal to more complex birthing scenarios.
Dr. Pratibha shares her experience -“MamaNatalie can be used for showing birthing stimulation. It is better designed and demonstrate the natural processes of labor pain. It prepares the team for worst case scenarios. As time goes on, we tend to forget small little things but these trainings with innovative tools assists healthcare providers to reinvigorate and strengthen the knowledge as required”.
