Finally, the wait is over!!!, My Name is Ambrose one of the recent beneficially of Global Emergency Care EMT diploma Scholarship program, l would like to take this opportunity as DEC/EMT diploma student from Lubaga Health Training Institute kampala, great thanks to the Uganda Minstry of Health (MOH) administration specifically the Department of EMS for supporting us. The competition yes was very tight and most of the students would not have made it.
In a special way, a big thank you to Global Emergency Care (GEC) leadership and sponsors for not being selfish with resources, but rather having a big heart of continuing to support the EMS system in terms of human resource development. As EMT pioneer students, we so humbled for the scholarships given to us to further our studies in the field we love most.
Now what was an idea and a dream, it's now a reality and we are glad to be part of the history.
Thanks to all training institutions that is @Lubaga hospital training school, @Nsambya hospital training school and the recent one #Gulu College of Health Sciences that boldily took up the program even when things looked to be unclear, but the fact is, the future is bright for all of us.
As pioneers and beneficiaries, we pledge our commitment towards the program till tomorrow and beyond.
In a special way. We would love to thank our very kind father @~John B EMS. Thank you so much for doing your best beyond what we don't know. Thank you so much for the fatherly heart.
Again thank you to GEC leadership being led by @Steven Country Director l struggles right from curriculum development together with @Malteser International till today.
We can't forget @ Uganda Ministry of Education and Sports through HET department, and @Allied Health Professionals Council for accepting to call us their children.
God bless you all and we promise to comeback with more skills and Emergency care knowledge as we advance our studies in the EMS field.
