Amid severe shortages of safe drinking water and the difficult humanitarian conditions faced by displaced families in the Gaza Strip, we carried out a project to provide and distribute clean water to families living in Al-Shabab Club Camp in northern Gaza.
Families in the camp are living under extremely harsh conditions and face great difficulty accessing enough safe water for drinking, food preparation, and the daily needs of children and elderly people. Some households are forced to wait for hours or rely on unsafe water sources, increasing the risk of illness, especially among children, patients, and older people.
Through this project, our team delivered safe drinking water directly to families inside the camp. This helped ease the daily burden of searching for water and provided families with a greater sense of safety and relief amid their difficult circumstances.
For displaced families, clean water is more than a daily necessity. It represents health, life, and dignity. Every supply of water reaching the camp helps a mother provide for her children and protects a family from the dangers of contaminated water.
We sincerely thank all donors who supported this project. Because of your generosity, we were able to deliver clean water to displaced families in Al-Shabab Club Camp and bring them hope and reassurance at a time when they need support most.
