Salaam Baalak Trust established in 1988. Salaam Baalak Trust (SBT) is dedicated to providing high-quality services to children rescued from challenging and vulnerable situations, ensuring their care and protection. The relentless efforts of our organization's staff, working tirelessly around the clock, have created a conducive environment for the holistic development of these children. Salaam Baalak Trust operates 7 shelter homes, 11 contact points, and 1 child help desk.

1. Shelter Home: A haven providing accommodation, nurturing, psychological support, and educational guidance for vulnerable children rescued from challenging circumstances.
2. Contact Point: A facility delivering indispensable services like education, healthcare, 

Education

All children at the Shelters homes and the contact point were actively involved in formal or non-formal education programs. 

Food & Nutrition:

• Chicken, fruits & vegetables, dairy items, and other groceries: Your donations have helped in providing nutritious food items to the children who are malnourished,facing problem in health, ensuring they have access to a balanced diet.

Health, Medical & Clothes:

• Medical investigation, medical-related expenses, and medicines: Your contributions have been instrumental in covering medical expenses for children who are in need of healthcare services, including diagnostic tests, treatments, and medications.
• Bedding, clothes, hair cutting, and hygiene material: We have utilized your donations to provide basic necessities such as clothing, bedding, and hygiene products to children, ensuring their overall well-being.

Repair & Maintenance:

• Computer/printer repair and maintenance, vehicle repair and maintenance, and general repair & maintenance: Your support has enabled us to maintain essential infrastructure and equipment, including computers, printers, and vehicles used for outreach activities and home services.

• As a result of your donations, numerous children from underprivileged backgrounds have been able to access quality education. They are now equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue their dreams and contribute positively.

Food & Nutrition:

• Children facing food problem have experienced improved nutrition and overall health due to the availability of nutritious food items provided through your donations. Children, in particular, have benefited from regular meals and snacks, enhancing their growth and development.

• Your support in covering job work expenses in the kitchen has ensured the smooth functioning of our shelter home kitchen, enabling us to serve hot meals to children on a daily basis.

Health, Medical & Clothes:

• Children who previously lacked access to healthcare services have received medical assistance, including diagnostic tests, treatments, and medications, thanks to your contributions. Many lives have been saved, and health conditions have been effectively managed, improving the overall well-being of beneficiaries.
