Dear well wishers,
This is Sathya talking to you. " Me and my brothers were staying with my widowed mom four years back. My mom goes to construction work and earns 1-2 dollars per day. With this she had to feed the three of us and herself. Besides this we had our education expenses. My mom is so good and lovable and she wanted all the three of us to get educated and go for good jobs unlike her. In this tuck of war, it may not be possible for all of us eat three times daily. Most of the days we had only two meals a day. When my mother could not go for work, we managed with one-time meal.
All this ordeal came to an end when myself and my younger brother were admitted to the home run by New Life. A field staff visited our home and checked our eligibility for admission. Then we came to this home where we get food three times a day, given new dresses one on my birthday and another on Diwali festival (when saying this her face glows with happiness). We are also sent to the nearby school and our warden coaches us in the evening. I am happy and not starving here."
Many children like Sathya are being taken care of in our home. This is possible only with the generous support from you people. On October 6th the children were taken to National Institute of Technology, a famous educational institution in Trichirappalli. There they participated in competitive events like handwriting, drawing, dance, singing, eloquation, etc. Sathya got prize for good handwriting. Other children also got prizes.
We can support this children to grow physically and psychologically only with support from people like you. So kindly keep supporting us. Please spread words to your likeminded friends and relatives.
Thank you once again for your support
