We have finally reached the fundraising goal for the ‘Female Artisans Workshop’. Thanks to all of you, HDI will begin the design and the building of the workshop for the Agaseke women’s cooperative.
The HDI has a plot of land and has an architect on board. The design will begin the first week of September, and the building should be done by the end of October.
The women are so excited to have a house to hold their capacity building workshops and to store their products. This project will help the women of the cooperative for years to come. Angelique, the cooperative president, sends her warmest thanks on behalf of the women of the cooperative. The cooperative members are very grateful to have a workshop to build their technical and entrepreneurial skills and to store their products safely and cleanly.
This workshop would not be possible with all of your help!
Thank you!
