Ability- Seven Letter Word

Dearest contributor,

The word 'ability' is frequently used in daily conversations without much thought. Yet, in this seventh report, we shine a spotlight on this seven-letter word because it perfectly encapsulates RCS's goals and achievements in 2024.

Our main goal is to educate and enhance their capacity to contribute meaningfully to their marginalized communities. In 2024, this goal was realized through numerous achievements, showcasing their growth, resilience, and new skills.

In 2024, a secondary sponsorship student completed her IGCSE certification, marking a significant milestone in her academic journey. Another student began an internship in woodwork, gaining valuable hands-on experience. Additionally, three primary school graduates transitioned to secondary education, enrolling in Grade 7 at a secondary ALC in Kuala Lumpur.

RCS’s football teams in Kedah and Kuala Lumpur made up of 30 talented students, reached new heights by securing victories in several community football championships, including the prestigious Faisal Cup. Meanwhile, 165 students benefited from the RCS Post-COVID-19 Learning Recovery Program, with 8 out of 10 participants significantly improving their literacy and numeracy skills, enabling them to transition to regular classes.

The funds contributed have played a pivotal role in helping our primary school graduates transition to secondary education. They also provided essential resources that enabled students to develop their athletic abilities and sportsmanship. While the Hasanah Foundation funded the Learning Recovery Program, your contributions ensured access to conducive learning spaces and skilled teachers, which were crucial to the program's success."

In 2024, RCS students demonstrated remarkable growth and achieved milestones to be proud of, despite their disadvantaged backgrounds. Your support has been instrumental in helping RCS achieve its goal of empowering our students with the skills to transform their lives.

As we close 2024 and look toward 2025, we are confident that this foundation of ability will continue to empower our students to achieve greater heights.

Until then,
