As part of Alhassan Foundation’s ongoing efforts to support and rehabilitate permanent wheelchair users across Egypt, the second phase of the rehabilitation camp focused on girls aged 9 to 14.
This phase aimed to provide girls with essential physical rehabilitation skills to help them become more independent in their daily lives. Through specialized mobility training, the girls worked on developing their physical abilities and learning practical skills that enable them to perform everyday activities with minimal or no assistance from others.
The initiative reflects Alhassan Foundation’s commitment to empowering young girls with disabilities, strengthening their confidence, and equipping them with the skills needed to achieve greater independence.
Impact
Through this rehabilitation camp, Alhassan Foundation continues to invest in the abilities and potential of young wheelchair users, helping them move toward a more independent and fulfilling future.
As part of the Rise Up Project, Alhassan Foundation continues to expand and enhance its services for children who use wheelchairs. The Foundation believes that providing the right wheelchair is only the first step toward empowerment, while lasting impact is achieved by equipping children with the skills they need to become more independent in their daily lives.
We want to thank every donor or supporter who helps us to achieve this success and we urge you to continue supporting us in our cause, our hope, our dream through subscribing to monthly donation which helps us secure enough funds to help more wheelchairs users and their families.
