CBCC’s Ridge to Reef Watershed Education Program participated in The Virgin Island's Children Museums Worldwide Day of Play event. CBCC's booth had a myriad of watershed education materials for children, youth and families. The booth included a LEGO shark nursery model and coastline that fostered engagement with youth to discuss watershed topics and handouts. Attendees received watershed educational materials. The booth’s array of offerings and takeaways provided resources to help community members with expanding learning and improving watershed management practices.
About 376 children came to the Worldwide Day of Play event and we are thrilled to have participated with a watershed education table!
