A Birthday To Remember

Blowing out the Birthday Candles

On March 15, 2011, we turned 17 years old!  We celebrated that night in Cambodia with a birthday party.  As you can see the girls and boys at Hagar enjoyed birthday cake and confidentially performed a traditional Cambodian dance.  The celebration also included a staff awards ceremony, where staff were recognized for their years of service at Hagar.

To top it all off, supporters like you gave us birthday gifts on Global Giving's match day, March 16th.  This raised over $11,000 to support the trafficked and abused individuals in our care.
It's been 17 amazing years of walking the whole journey with women and children who have survived trafficking and abuse in Cambodia. Thank you for partnering with us in this vision to do whatever it takes!
