*BACKGROUND*
- We promised to liberate learners from poverty
- Poverty chains: no fees, no books, no food
- We are keeping that promise

*OBJECTIVES*
- Liberate learners from fee burden
- Liberate learners from lack of materials
- Liberate learners from hunger
- Liberate learners from hopelessness

*ACTIVITIES DONE*
- Kept promise - fees paid for 45 learners, liberated from dropout
- Kept promise - books & uniforms to 150 learners, liberated from shame
- Kept promise - daily meals to 200+ learners, liberated from hunger
- Kept promise - shelter to 12 homeless learners, liberated from street
- Kept promise - counseling to 60 families

*ACHIEVEMENTS*
- 520+ learners liberated & kept in school
- Promise kept - better attendance & grades
- Promise kept - less children on streets
- Promise kept - community trusts us more
- Promise kept - more partners joining

*CHALLENGES*
- Many learners still waiting for liberation - limited funds
- Food not enough for all 520
- No own premises - still renting
- High cost of keeping promise
- Few staff & transport

*WAY FORWARD*
- Keep promise permanently - build own school & land
- Liberate all 520 from hunger - expand feeding
- Start income projects to keep promise sustainable
- Build partnerships to keep promise stronger
- Stay accountable
