The Resource Alliance's vision is a united world where community has overcome division, sustainability has overcome greed and where there is equity of both opportunities and resources. Our mission is to weave together a global alliance of people fighting for positive change and equpping them with the knowledge and resources they need to accelerate lasting social impact.
Over the past three months our efforts have been focused on providing outstanding learnings sessions for our fundraiser friends and members around the world and preparing for Fundraising Online 2021 #FRO2021 - our virtual conference entirely focused on digital fundraising and engagement. This year due to the impact of COVID, the RA asked for a small ticket fee to help cover the costs of delivering FRO, starting at just £25 per ticket.
1600 fundraisers from around the world registered to attend #FRO2021 over three days from 28 - 30 April. With just over 100 speakers delivering +50 sessions either pre-recorded or live discussions, the FRO programme offered a wide range of rich content delivered by some of the most admired and successful digital fundraisers in the world today. From sessions on TikTok and streaming, to the ethics of using Facebook and navigating the digital divide between developed and developing countries, #FRO2021 was high on innovation and inspiration.
