Jackline a form four student at St Teresa secondary school has been facing the challenge of dropping out of school. A very clever and intelligent girl was identified during the August holiday when schools were closed. Confident and strong Jackline took a step to meet one of the Juhudi staff to share her story. She shared on how her family background is with a lot of other girls dropping out of school. We took her case up and we promised to pay her school fee which has been her major challenge that could help her finish school. “I have tried to look for people to support my education but it has been hard. My passion is supporting vulnerable girls to overcome the challenges they face in the community. Am happy that Juhudi has taken my case and am now assured of finishing my education and move to the next level. I thank all those behind this great idea and support” said Jackline.
