Our ambulances remain on the road because of you!

A big thank you!

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our supporters for helping to keep our rescue ambulances on the road! Thank you for all your donations, for sharing the appeal with friends and relatives, and for your words of support, we really appreciate it! Thanks to your quick response and generosity, we raised an incredible £2,838 on July Bonus Day.

With these funds, we have been able to respond to over 450 rescue calls! That is quite an achievement. And, of course, the real impact isn’t shown in the numbers, every journey our rescue ambulances make gives another animal the chance of treatment, recovery and a better future.

One of the rescue calls we responded to was for a female dog suffering from a massive mammary tumour. It had grown so large it was restricting her movement and causing significant discomfort. Thankfully, a concerned animal lover reached out to us about her. Our rescue team brought to her the hospital, where our veterinary staff focused on treating the infection that had taken hold. Once her condition stabilised the tumour was successfully removed, and she was able to make a full recovery under our care.

We love these photos of her now that she has healed! What a difference a swift rescue and some TOLFA care can make. She is finally free from the weight and pain she had been carrying around with her.

Thank you for your compassion and believing in what we do. Your support enables us to be there for animals when they need us the most.
