We trust you are well. It is autumn here in Eswatini. The days are getting shorter and there is a chill in the air in the evenings. Things are hectic at the kennels as usual with many pets needing assistance. We always strive to do our best to help, that's what we are here for!
In the last three months since our last report, we have managed to care for 165 dogs and cats, provide welfare assistance to 17 pets and their carers, and find homes for 43.
With your generous support, we have managed to keep our doors open and continue to assist animals in need.
However, the number of animals that need our help is increasing, as well as the cost of caring for them. Even though the global health emergency is over, our struggle continues.
We will be updating our project title and description to remove the COVID element, but we would like to continue to seek your support so we can keep our doors open for the animals that need our help. Your generosity will enable us to cover our essential expenses including animal food, veterinary drugs, kennel staff costs, fuel costs and much more!
Thank you for being a part of the SAWS donor community. The work that we do is only possible because of your support.
