In Hogares Teresa Toda the physical environment of our organization shows evidence of the ongoing attention to safe practices, the reduction of health and safety risks measures and the overall concern for the health and safety of our participants. Our goal is to keep a healthy, safe and clean environment that support he quality of the services and minimize the risk of harms to the population that we serve, the staff, and stakeholders.
This last trimester of the year, the maintenance works were completed as planned. Thanks to donors like you who support us in this endeavor, we were able to change the pipe system of our cistern helping us securing a great reservoir of water for the institution in case of emergency. Another repair completed was the painting of the power generator to comply with all safety standards.
In additional repairs we report the change of all nursing cabinets securing the process of the medication storage in safe and locked medical chests. Along with that, all the bathroom sinks for the two houses were replaced as well.
Thank you very much for helping us to become a better a secured organization. Happy new year!
