By Regina Sevelkaitiene | Director/project leader
Our young long-term volunteer Ida Sevelkaityte, who grew up in a big family, didn't forget lessons learned and experiences, abilities and capacities acquaired at The Centre For Information and Support for Large Families. For three years she is studying at Weimar Konservatorium in Germany. Together with friend from China Yichen Zhang she created song "The Wave of sharing" for the Video Contest "Youth against poverty" 2013 and donated it to our organization.
Also active mother of big family Vitalija Visinskiene attended courses for leaders of non-governmental organizations and learned how to create video films using IT technologies. You can see her first "movie", asking to help for project "Renovate for 2300 underprivileged Lithuanian kids" in Lithuanian and English..
And the team of helpers and volunteers is growing, and the team of youth actyvists and volunteers in the organization is growing too.
Let’s create together the Wave of sharing! Thank you everyone for your "helping hand" , "open heart" and financial support!
Words of the song "The Wave of sharing"
I will share with you, you will share with him...
Let’s create the Wave of sharing
Poverty, hunger, and big inequality
Must be ended by common efforts.
Let’s go fight for Millennium goals
Start from yourself
Wake up your friends and neighbors around,
Invite your society, countries and nations.
Share your knowledge, best technologies.
Start from yourself
I will share with you, you will share with him...
Let’s create the Wave of sharing
