This report was implemented due to the best interest of the Internal Displaced Persons (flood survivors) who settled in Juba and agreed instead of relief support it is urgent to supply clean water which is vital for human survival, therefore, Facilitating Action for Community Empowerment (FACE NNGO) used the funds to purchase drilling materials for drilling company as part of her contribution to enable the IDPs access safe clean water. The drilling company with hired by one of the International to drill two boreholes within the area, which was a golden opportunity to help the IDPS to a far extent.
