FACE assessment team recently conducted a visit to Mundri in Western Equatoria State, in South Sudan, in the wake of a devastating flood that has resulted in the displacement of over 70,000 individuals 39,800 are from Mundri West, and 29,941 comprise women, children, and the elderly in Mundri East approximately 6,631 households in Mundri West and 4,991 households in Mundri East. This flood marks the first of its kind in more than a decade, with the previous occurrence dating back to 2004. The situation is dire as these individuals lack access to basic needs include food, shelter, blankets, and utensils
