We continue not only reintegrating children we find, but advocating for other organisations to adopt the rescue/rehabilitate/reintegrate approach. To that end, we reach out to other organisations constantly offering advice on how to do this work and to avoid institutionalising children when alternatives can be found.
No matter what our differences in philosophy and method, one thing we all have in common right now: frequent rises in costs. Every commodity we need has gone up from fuel to bread, from rent to beans.
Rising costs have not stopped our crucial work but are having an impact on the number of children and families we can assist.
