In consistency to our efforts for combating cyclonic catastrophes & other natural hazards and to build climate resilience among wider communities we remained steadfast with our awareness, sensitization and other activities that is gradually promoting coexistence of Human and Nature and building a sensible society with restored values of love and respect for Nature and its creatures.
In this direction under one of our Holistic Development Projects we have started rejuvenating Mangroves Forestry through Plantation Drives at the vast coasts and Rivershore of Radhakrishnapur village Sagar island of Sunderbans delta in South 24 Parganas district, West Bengal, India. 1000 saplings of various Mangrove species were planted in this order on October, 2022.
Simultaneously following our earlier footsteps we also promoted and capacitated communities to form Mangrove Protection Groups (MPG). Thus the Mangrove Sensitive Communities now are spreading the awareness to wider populace of Sunderbans.
These efforts not only contributing building strong combat mechanism for cyclones, floods, land loss or alike natural hazards but also contributing to the ecological balance of greater Sunderbans.
WE APPEAL TO ALL OUR SUPPORTERS NOT ONLY TO EXTEND SUPPORTS BUT ALSO STAND BY US AND CONVEY THE MESSAGES OF OUR NEEDS IN WIDER COMMUNITIES.
