BBC News, England reported on 13 May 2014 about a Wiltshire man held in a Philippine jail for 5 years without trial! (See report here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-wiltshire-27382609.)
If this can happen to a subject of Queen Elizabeth, how much more to a Filipino who has no queen to do the best she can for him?
This is just one of the multitudes of reasons why the country has to have a JURY SYSTEM. WPJI has now Signature Gatherers from the north to the south of the country. Some groups are still unoperational due to lack of funding and/or training. Those that are fully operational, in just 3 weeks gathered 100,000 signatures of Filipino registered voters. (See attached photos.)
To reach our goal of 7M signatures by December this year, we have to provide funding to the brave Filipinos who put their lives in harm’s way to make our campaign for the enactment of a NATIONAL JURY LAW and our crusade for a righteous nation succeed. With a Jury System in our country, this injustice on Kevin Taylor and his family could not have happened to him or any of the hundreds of innocent Filipinos now in jail.
