After waiting so long for the rainy weather to pass, we decided to continue giving the workshops in a theoretical way, hoping that as of December it stops raining, people can start working on what they learned in the workshops. In addition, we realized that there are other ways of being able to continue contributing to the reconstruction, trough the economic revival of the community, so we opened entrepreneurship workshops so that the people of the community that were affected could seek alternatives to generate income and thus to be able to continue recovering what is missing from their homes. In these workshops we have invited people specialized in community entrepreneurship to carry out activities that help participants determine feasible ideas to implement in Huejotengo. Today we are working on these workshops and we hope to conclude later this month with the entrepreneurship workshops.
We really want to thank you for trusting and supporting this proyect. We are constantly working to open more activities and workshops so the people of Huejotengo gets more life skill that help them to make their community a sustainable one.
