Our current RAP Initiative program is being lead by Thirst No More Corporation vice-president Paul A. Davis. As part of a reformation effort to improve our "reach" to the Baltimore City community in Maryland, we have been in collaboration with Strength to Life Assisted Living, and their proprietor, Jennifer Gibson. Together, Paul and Jennifer have been developing a plan for RAP that will take it beyond food and basic necessity initiatives, and expand it to purchase property in Baltimore, Maryland for the purposes of better serving the community through mentorship programs, career training, expansion of assisted living services, and much more. We are using 2026 to galvanize interest in these efforts, and look to 2027 to put these initiatives into action.
During the months of January and February 2026, RAP shutdown its outreach efforts to go through strategic planning and to organize our storage facilities to better access the materials needed to continue our outreach efforts, which normally take place every 4th Saturday of the month. We continued this outreach this past March and will continue to serve in this capacity going foward. At this same time, we are working on installing the aforementioned expansion.
While Paul and a core of our volunteers were in the organization phase of our RAP program, Paul led two public efforts to share the outreach program during the month of March 2026. Thirst No More Corporation was able to share RAP at Colonial Baptist Church's "Great Commission Missions" conference in Randallstown, Maryland. Many people were amazed at the work we have done in the local community; normally thinking that our only efforts were on the international front. Through Paul, RAP was also featured as an outreach effort at New Song Bible Fellowship Church, where Paul once again represented the organization and the outreach with stellar commentary.
