Life-Saving Aid and Resilience for Vulnerable Communities in Tanzania provides essential support to families facing poverty, disasters, and displacement. Through the Reach A Hand Initiative (RAHI), we deliver emergency relief, health services, and livelihood support, helping communities prepare for, survive, and recover from floods, droughts, fires, and disease. Your support ensures food, shelter, first aid, and hope when it's needed most, empowering long-term resilience and recovery.
During this quarter, the Tanzania Social Light Foundation (TSLF) provided life-saving aid and resilience support to vulnerable communities in Tanzania. We delivered food, clean water, temporary shelter, first aid, and health services to families affected by floods, droughts, fires, and disease outbreaks. Our livelihood programs helped communities rebuild homes and restore income-generating activities, strengthening long-term resilience.
Despite these achievements, many families remain highly vulnerable, and limited resources restrict our reach. Additional funding will allow TSLF to expand emergency relief, provide more comprehensive health and psychosocial services, and empower more communities to recover and thrive after disasters.
