Served the HIV infected children by taking the list from local govt hospitals. Among the list some of the children are from below poverty line and the rest orphans. We personally went to the each children's home towns and met their parents/guardians and inquired about the child health condition. Based on the information collected from their family members, we distributed Nutrition stuff to 120 HIV/AIDS infected children and conducted regular health check ups for needy children.
