Support for HIV/AIDS children in India

Dear Donors,

We served the HIV infected children by taking the list from local govt hospitals. Among the list some of the children are from below poverty line and the rest orphans. We personally went to the each children's home towns and met their parents/guardians and inquired about the child health condition. Based on the information collected from their family members, we distributed Nutrition stuff to 120 HIV/AIDS infected children and conducted regular health check ups for needy children.

Child Background:

XXXXX parents are daily labours.  She is from very poor family. The girl was very sick due to attack of HIV/AIDS. Because of that her CD4 count was very less at that time. Her father was died of HIV/AIDS.  So her mother is taking care about that girl.  We PSM organization members approached her mother and providing monthly nutrition’s and also counseled them.

Present Situation:

They regularly come to our organization and take the nutrition food and made the girl to take the ART medicine suggested by us. Then after her CD4 count increases rapidly. And now that girl is healthy and happy. Your kind donation spent on monthly nutritious to XXXXX

Beneficiary Details: Name : X Age : 10 Sex : Female Health condition : Good Economic status : Poor Child background: X parents had three children’s and she is only the daughter for her parents and the remaining two are the boy children. And the whole family was affected with HIV/AIDS Her parents were working as daily labours. Due to the lack of awareness they gave birth to the three children with HIV/AIDS. Thier parents were unable to feed their children with their income. When she came to PSM his condition was not good. And she is not using ART medicines. Present situation: With the nutrition support of PSM, now X health condition is improved a lot and Her parents was very happy with the health condition of their daughter. She is going to school now as a regular school going child. Her CD4 count is also increased and more over her health condition is also improved. Your kind donation spent on monthly nutritious to X.
