Qurbani Meat Distributed in Slum areas

By Muhammad Imad Ud Din | Project Leader

Title: Qurbani Meat Distributed Among Families in Slum Communities

Summary

Alkhidmat Foundation distributed Qurbani meat among vulnerable families living in slum areas, ensuring that underprivileged households could share in the blessings and joy of Eid-ul-Adha.

Story / Update

For many families living in informal settlements and slum communities, access to nutritious food remains a daily challenge. During Eid-ul-Adha, these hardships often prevent families from fully participating in the celebrations.

To support the most vulnerable members of society, Alkhidmat Foundation distributed fresh Qurbani meat among deserving families residing in slum areas. The initiative aimed to provide nutritious food while allowing families to celebrate Eid with dignity and happiness.

Volunteers worked diligently to identify and reach those most in need, including low-income households, daily wage earners, widows, orphan families, and other vulnerable community members. The distribution brought relief and joy to families who rarely have the opportunity to enjoy meat due to financial constraints.

Through this effort, Alkhidmat continues its mission of sharing the blessings of Eid with those who need them most and strengthening the spirit of compassion and community support.
