Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan (AKFP) is continuously providing humanitarian assistance to families affected by the recent floods. As part of its emergency relief operations, more than 10,000 food packs have been distributed in the flood-affected districts of Swat, Shangla, Buner, Malakand, and Swabi in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as well as in the affected areas of Gilgit-Baltistan. Each food pack contains essential food items sufficient for a family for several days, providing much-needed relief to vulnerable households who have lost their homes, livelihoods, and access to basic resources. The distribution process is being carried out with the active involvement of local volunteers, ensuring transparency and timely delivery to those most in need. These efforts have brought immediate relief to thousands of families facing food insecurity, helping them cope with the aftermath of the disaster. AKFP remains committed to supporting flood-affected communities and, with the continued support of donors and partners, will strive to expand its relief operations to reach even more families in crisis.
