Since the last report, the project has remained in the fundraising and preparation phase, with efforts focused on mobilizing resources needed to begin direct support for the 150 trafficked children. The project has raised approximately $25 toward the $12,000 funding goal, leaving a critical funding gap of $11,975. With only a small portion of the required funds secured, full implementation of counseling, medical care, safe shelter, nutritious meals, family tracing, and reintegration support has not yet commenced.
Despite the financial constraints, Elite Star Foundation remains prepared to implement the planned interventions once adequate funding is secured. The immediate priority is therefore to strengthen donor outreach, pursue grant opportunities, engage potential partners, and encourage recurring monthly contributions. Closing the current funding gap will enable the Foundation to deploy trained counselors, coordinate medical and protection services, and begin structured family reintegration and follow-up support for rescued children. Continued fundraising is essential to move the project from preparation into active implementation and provide vulnerable children with the protection, healing, and stability they urgently need.
