Introduction
During the 2025–2026 academic year, EFA Cameroon the support of GlobalGiving continued its commitment to supporting orphans and vulnerable children (OVCs) from partner associations of People Living with HIV/AIDS. Thirty one students received school individual supplies and ongoing academic followup, coordinated with association leaders and parents. This close monitoring has yielded encouraging results: 26 of the assisted students successfully advanced to higher classes, with several achieving academic certificates.
Highlights
One young girl stood out by ranking first in her centre at the primary school certificate exam and excelling in her transition to secondary school. Her achievement reflects the resilience and determination of the children we serve, as well as the impact of GlobalGiving support. Overall, the distribution of results across partner associations shows that most children progressed, with only a few repeating their grade.
