Wow, here at Patient Assist VI, we cannot believe that Fall is officially upon us! This year has flown by. We've been waiting to write this report as we have some incredible news - Patient Assist VI is a proud recipient of the Island Spirit Fund! This fund generously gives back to organizations in the Virgin Islands and we could not be prouder to have been chosen.
Our day to day operations continue to serve the uninsured of the US Virgin Islands. Our patient volumes on St. John have seen an increase over the last few months and we continue to partner with Chelsea Drug Store and Rx Outreach to make sure all of our patients have access to their medication. The demand for insulin partnerships with various pharmaceutical companies remains high and our team works hard to acquire insulin at no cost directly from the manufacturer.
