“Gift of eyesight after blindness like rebirth of new hope”
Dear Supporters
Heartiest Greetings from NBJK!!
People without sight cannot see this beautiful world. Even they are not able to do anything independently. So the healthy eyesight is very important to joy this life. In our community, society or country we see blindness due to cataract which is not good at all. People are getting blind due to poverty and lack of awareness. It is our duty to eradicate blindness due to cataract and bring as many people as possible from blindness to useful productive lives. We are very obliged to share this report with all of you who bring these people from darkness to light.
“Gift of eyesight after blindness like rebirth of new hope ” – A case of Putul
Putul is 69 years old poor widow lady, having 2 sons and 1 daughter. Her all children are married and busy in their own life, no one is taking care of her. She has a small piece of land where she grow some vegetables. She is suffering from the problem of cataract since 1(one) year but due to monetary problem she was not able to go ahead for surgery. When her vision was fully lost and she start facing problem in her daily chores, she came to LNJP eye hospital’s camp and disclosed her financial condition with camp organizer. Our camp organizer described about free surgery in eye hospital with support from donation through GlobalGiving. She was also facilitated for free transportation to hospital and she underwent a successful surgery through which her vision was back. She is very thankful to GlobalGiving team and donors for their generous support. Your support brings happiness to the life of these poor villagers.
Thanks again to cure their blindness.
