“Giving back eyesight is filling light in life” this title is really true as without sight we cannot see this beautiful world. The world is emerged in darkness so the healthy eyesight is very important to enjoy this life. People are experiencing blindness due to cataract, and due to lack of awareness. We are very obliged to share this report among all of you who bring these people from darkness to light.
Sahid is happy to regain his eyesight
Brief Description:
Sahid was one of the victims of cataract. He is 80years old man. He belongs to village Partapir of Chatra district. He has two sons and they are married and are very poor. Sajid any how was living his life but after he started seeing things blurred, he started living with his son. Sajid’s son work as mechanic in a bike repairing shop and he is very poor . Sahid’s vision started to deteriorate and he was leading a miserable life for the past 1 years. His son was recommended by well-wishers to get him to outreach camps being held by NBJK. In the camp he was diagnosed with cataracts . NBJK staff assured him for free surgery with the help of GlobalGiving and gave him date for the surgery. He went to the LNJP eye hospitals with his son and underwent the surgery. Now his vision is good. He takes care of his grandchildren and domestic animals. He is very happy and very thankful to GlobalGiving and donors for their generous support.
