By Andrew Martin Niwagaba | Project leader
Greetings to all our friends and well wishers. My apologies for the absence and the reason for that is that alot has been happening in this part of the world.
As you are already aware, this project stalled due to lack of funding. Never the less we are always trying to make improvements on the one house that we managed to put up and taking cvare of our first beneficicary.
On my recent visit to her home, i found her in the house ailing and quickly arranged for transport to have her taken to the hospital. She has admitted, had the necessary tests done on her, given two pints of blood and released from hospital.
She was found aenemic and had been on a very poor diet for her advanced diet according to the Doctors. She is now being taken care of at the childrens' home, another of our projects and this way we are sure that she can receive some care.
Every time i visit the children, she is quick at telling me that, "if i hadnt made that fast move of getting her out of her home, she would be resting (dead) by now"
I am happy that with yoru support and help, we as a Foundation continue to look out for people that need help and go on and give the much needed help and support.
We are still hopeful that we will one day finish the housing project with your support. We are also happy to continue extending help to those who need it.
We pray you keep the support coming.
