Seeing is believing!
This is how one of our very generous solar lantern donor (Yowchanan from USA) felt when he physically visited us in Tanzania. Yowchanan, appearing in green shirt in the attached photo, visited our office and customers. He was excited to see how his donation is making impact to many people, particularly the school children who are benefiting from our solar lantern project. We encourage these eye witness visits to make our case easily understandable to the global community of supporters through GlobalGiving.
We invite you, as our generous donor, to visit our projects and get the live testimonies from the people you supported. If you are not visiting Africa / Tanzania in near future you may tell your family and friends (and office mates) who are visiting Tanzania to drop-by our office in Arusha. We will be happy to joyfully share our stories and visit our beneficiaries - they feel so happy to meet their global friends; it also add a sense of accountability and transparency to our employees working for the projects.
So, when are you visiting us? We will assist you with local logistics at no extra cost to your pre-planned budget. You already helped us through GlobalGiving; now it is time for us to give back to you through our "local hospitality".
