Hello friends,
This quarter has been a bit quiet on the solar lantern side. We didn’t receive any new donations, and that slowed down our plans to reach more school children with clean, reliable light. For many families we serve, a simple lantern means children can study at night, small businesses can stay open a little longer, and homes can move away from kerosene and its health risks.
Even without new funding or any donation, we kept moving. We maintained connection with our previous grantees, supported users with inquerries, and continued engaging communities so that when support comes, we’re ready to scale quickly. The need is still there—very real—and every conversation reminds us why this work matters.
We remain hopeful. A brighter future is still within reach, and we believe the next opportunity is coming. To our GlobalGiving family, ASANTENI SANA for standing with us through both progress and pauses. Your encouragement keeps the mission alive.
KARIBUNI TANZANIA anytime—come and see the impact and the potential ahead. Together, we’ll keep pushing forward. HAKUNA MATATA.
