What a golden opportunity to present our success story at the TEA@SUNRISE Symposium in South Africa (sponsored by Swansea University, UK)!
The event was so exciting and filled with insightful presentations from outstanding speakers providing an excellent opportunity to network and exchange ideas. The Director of TAHUDE foundation, Prof. Askwar Hilonga, had an opportunity to share the journey of TAHUDE Foundation in providing solar lanterns to school children in Tanzania since the year 2012. Hilonga’s presentation was on “Theme 6: Suitable Business Models.” The overall theme of the symposium was ‘Exploring the International Opportunities for Addressing Energy Access by Bringing Next Generation Solar Technologies to Market.’ Dates: 19th – 24th January 2025. Venue: Salt Rock Beach Hotel, Durban, South Africa.
