HAPPY NEW YEAR 2024

This quarter (Oct – Dec 2023) we did not receive donation for the solar lantern. Nevertheless we have an exciting story to share about a Grandma Agatha in Gongali Village who has decided to purchase solar lanterns from Arusha Town and sell to the children in Gongali village at an affordable price to those families that did not receive solar lantern donation in our last free distribution documented here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RzSY7DZZ2Gw

So, the Grandma Agatha took her personal initiative and TAHUDE is now supporting her by all possible means: like marketing for her product at TAHUDE or Nanofilter exhibition events, community meetings, school events, etc.

The Grandma has turned this business into her favorite activity – looks like it satisfies her so much.

Next time, when TAHUDE gets another free donation, we will make this Grandma as part of the distribution team of TAHUDE Foundation – I am sure she will love it!

Please kindly feel free to ask for a specific report of your interest whenever you give your donation. Some donors give solar lantern to a specific school, some give to needy children in poor households, some give and allow TAHUDE to decide where the donation goes.

Let me know how you would like to be personally involved in this year 2024.

NB:

We will be happy to WELCOME you to Tanzania; we will give you a free ride to the people you supported with your generous donations – it will be so happy for our community members to see your face!

KARIBU SANA TANZANIA!

HAKUNA MATATA!
