This quarter of the year we were not very lucky with receiving donations from our GlobalGiving friends BUT we continue to extend our gratitude to all who supported us in the past and those who will support us in the future. May GOD continue to bless you all!
Meanwhile, we did not stop supporting the schools (children / pupils) we have been working with. This time we arranged innovation competition at Gongali Primary School in Karatu, Arusha - Tanzania. There were ten groups (they formed companies) who competed. The winning company was promised to get a free tour to Arusha City, to visit Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST) and many other attractions in the Arusha City.
As you can witness in this video (https://youtu.be/U8dJKnlYmaQ) the pupils were competitively selected – the winners really work hard!
The picture below shows the winning company of pupils (when they visited NM-AIST University). They were jubilantly received and learnt a lot. Surely, they were inspired and empowered. I am sure they will never forget this experience in their life.
THANKS again and again for supporting our Solar Lantern project since 2013. Through your generous support we have already reached about 3,000 beneficiaries (by 2023) and anticipate to scale-up our IMPACT TO MORE PEOPLE’s LIVES - because we have gained a solid experience, with time.
THANKS ONCE MORE
Askwar Hilonga – Director of TAHUDE Foundation
