In Tanzania many orphans face homelessness and hunger everyday. Milk is an essential part of a healthy diet for children everywhere in the world. Milk is difficult to obtain for our schools. Most milk is produced by small family farms who have just enough for themselves.
Orphans Africa provides our orphan students with 3 meals a day. Having milk cows is a huge part a nutricious meal program that will provide enough nutrition for the children to grow and help them study. Cows can also produce calves that create additional milk cows and a secondary earning potential to support the school.
Having milk cows at the school to produce our own milk is an important way for us to help eliminate hunger at our schools. Please help us purchase milk cows to keep the children fed and strong!
Asante Sana!
