As another school year ends for the children attending the Sunshine Pre-school, the holiday season has also begun along with it. As we look back at our nineteen-year journey working with vulnerable children in the eastern province of Sri Lanka, we celebrate together the remarkable progress made over the years. We are thankful to our committed staff, parents, and volunteers who by understanding the needs of the children have put a smile back on their faces. To see our children learn and play, laugh and be happy has been more than heartwarming.
All of us here at The Sunshine Charity say a big thank you to all our donors, well-wishers, volunteers, and friends. We wish everyone a wonderful Christmas and a very happy New Year!
