Food is one of the Basic Needs of a Man

By Darlington Ezeagu | Project Leader

We want to appreciate you for your generous support to make sure that we continue delivering on our project, thank you so much and remain richly blessed.

We're still very much engaged with this project and would want to continue delivering on it, especially now that the prices of food items are on the increase as a result of the devastating floods, which ravaged many states in Nigeria including Anambra State in 2022, submerging farmlands and destroying crops.

The reason why we haven't carried out this project is because of the change in the monetary policy of our country which is affecting everyone, especially the poor.

The Presidential, National Assembly, Governorship and State Houses of Assembly elections in Nigeria is around the corner, with the Presidential and National Assembly elections taking place on Saturday (February 25) while that of the Governorship and State Houses of Assembly, is on March 11.

The Nigerian government is doing everything possible to prevent vote buying in order to make sure that the election is free and fair and as a result of this, new naira notes of 200, 500 and 1,000 were redesigned and a deadline given for the old notes to be returned. It is believed that this was done to make everyone, especially the politicians who are keeping huge amounts of money in their houses, to return them. Daily withdrawal limit for the new notes are kept at 10,000 naira (about $20) and to even make a withdrawal is very difficult, as the banks are so much crowded.

We look forward to executing this project before the next reporting period, as we hope that this monetary challenge would have settled down and we'll be able to withdraw as much funds that would be enough for us to carry out this project.

Thanks a lot and may you be immensely blessed in all your endeavors. Please continue to stay engaged with us.

Best regards.
